Latest Pharo from Hudson:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a Transcript
2. Evaluate 20 timesRepeat: [Transcript show: 'aaa'; flush; cr.]
3. Try to use the mouse and select a piece of text of the Transcript and  
you will see you cannot.

You can only select complete words by using double click
