negativeZero in case of Underflow

We expect Fraction with large denominator to underflow when converted to  
Float, and it does:

300 factorial reciprocal asFloat.
-> 0.0

But it does not answer negativeZero when negative:

300 factorial reciprocal negated asFloat.
-> 0.0 INSTEAD OF -0.0

It should...
