Comment #24 on issue 4549 by [hidden email]: Unable to open the Test Runner menu on OS X http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=4549 For me, when I do right click I got the menu and cmd click the non continuous selection. It's like that in Nautilus and nobody complains, so maybe we should ask in the mailing list, but for me the bug entry is not really relevant _______________________________________________ Pharo-bugtracker mailing list [hidden email] http://lists.gforge.inria.fr/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pharo-bugtracker |
Comment #25 on issue 4549 by [hidden email]: Unable to open the Test Runner menu on OS X http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=4549 I can't get the menu. With the mouse it works, but with the drag pad on the laptop, command-click just selects/deselects. _______________________________________________ Pharo-bugtracker mailing list [hidden email] http://lists.gforge.inria.fr/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pharo-bugtracker |

Status: FixReviewNeeded Comment #28 on issue 4549 by [hidden email]: Unable to open the Test Runner menu on OS X http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=4549 So I made a slice (easier than what I thought ;) ) where the menu is right-click or ctrl-click, and the MetaMenu is now shift+ctrl+click. Slice in the inbox _______________________________________________ Pharo-bugtracker mailing list [hidden email] http://lists.gforge.inria.fr/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pharo-bugtracker |

Status: FixToInclude Comment #29 on issue 4549 by [hidden email]: Unable to open the Test Runner menu on OS X http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=4549 now it works for multi selection lists exactly as with macOS X. I think this is good. (we need to check how it is in windows and linux, though) but for now we should add it. _______________________________________________ Pharo-bugtracker mailing list [hidden email] http://lists.gforge.inria.fr/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pharo-bugtracker |

Comment #31 on issue 4549 by [hidden email]: Unable to open the Test Runner menu on OS X http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=4549 great! how do I get this? I've only ever downloaded images directly from pharo-project.org ... I'm very interested in being able to keep up to date with new patches as they come out. What's the process for patching an existing image? _______________________________________________ Pharo-bugtracker mailing list [hidden email] http://lists.gforge.inria.fr/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pharo-bugtracker |
Comment #32 on issue 4549 by [hidden email]: Unable to open the Test Runner menu on OS X http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=4549 Hi, This is 1.4 (current development). So the best is to download from the build server: https://ci.lille.inria.fr/pharo/job/Pharo%201.4/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/Pharo-1.4.zip You need a VM in addition, see http://www.pharo-project.org/pharo-download/unstable-1-4 _______________________________________________ Pharo-bugtracker mailing list [hidden email] http://lists.gforge.inria.fr/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pharo-bugtracker |
Comment #33 on issue 4549 by [hidden email]: Unable to open the Test Runner menu on OS X http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=4549 Okay thank you. So do you guys always download new builds from the build server when you want to get an update, and load your code into that fresh every time? Or is there a way to download it once and then add patches to keep up to date? Just curious of the best way to keep on top of changes after I download this image... _______________________________________________ Pharo-bugtracker mailing list [hidden email] http://lists.gforge.inria.fr/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pharo-bugtracker |
Comment #34 on issue 4549 by [hidden email]: Unable to open the Test Runner menu on OS X http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=4549 It depends... I think people do both: they have a Jenkins job that builds their image fresh and runs the tests. But of course while working, it is often easier to just load the updates. You can find that in System>Sofware update. _______________________________________________ Pharo-bugtracker mailing list [hidden email] http://lists.gforge.inria.fr/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pharo-bugtracker |
Comment #35 on issue 4549 by [hidden email]: Unable to open the Test Runner menu on OS X http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=4549 You can also do a Software Update (World>>System>>Software Update). But if there are more than 3 new versions, you'd better to download a fresh one from Jenkins :) _______________________________________________ Pharo-bugtracker mailing list [hidden email] http://lists.gforge.inria.fr/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pharo-bugtracker |
