New issue 4729 by [hidden email]: Creating a new class in a
different package
http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=4729

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a class called FooBarZork in a package, let's say Balloon-Engine
2. Go to a different package, let's say Balloon-Collections
3. Create a new class FooBarZork in this package. The compiler should
complain that the class exists already.
