This classes were introduced for redoing a text morph from scratch,  
adopting the CUIS editors.
Now in 1.4, the standard TextMorph and pluggable text morphs were enhanced,  
used and maintained.
The classes in 'Morphic-New Text Support' should be removed, except  
NullTextStyler.

in the attached changeset i removed the classes and the NewTextMorphTest  
from the system.

I moved NullTextStyler to 'Morphic-Text Support'
