makes a mess

1. Change to the Vistary theme
2. Disable fast dragging
3. Open a browser window
4. Drag it around

There will be a trail of garbage everywhere you move, requiring a restore  
display.

Okay, so I still have no idea to reproduce this. It happened, and then went  
away, and seems not actually have to do with themes. Also, the previews of  
morphs from the task bar remained in the world and didn't disappear.

My image is Pharo1.3 Latest update: #13320
