The class MenuIcons is gone without notice causing errors with many  
external packages. The class was never deprecated.

Lukas you cannot say that because MenuIcons was in the package  
deprecated13. May be we should keep the package longer. Now you can load  
the package Deprecated13 to help you to migrate.

Now apparently loading Deprecated does not work. I added the file  
MenuIcons.st from 1.3

Just putting something into a deprecated package does not make anybody  
notice the change. The problem is that it didn't throw deprecated warnings  
even when they are enabled.

Yes but we do not have a way to deprecate a class.
