Issue 5119 in pharo: filename not plateform dependant

It would be fine if pharo would offer an filename rule not dependant with
the operating system.

For exemple, I have got problem with doing test with a filename like '/tmp'
because I'm on Windows.

I think of something like :

/tmp => absolut path => system_drive/tmp on windows and /tmp on unix

on a specific drive using :
/d/tmp like REBOL

relative path :
tmp => current_dir/tmp

Not a show stopper for 1.4

Is this not part of the user experience which will be improved by switching
to FileSystem?
IE. a proper response is: "We will switch to FileSystem in the future"
