It would be great if the debugger would open centered and occupy 3/4 of  
screen.
This feature is implemented in TDDFacilities, package  
TDD-Facilities-HernanWilkinson.22

I attach a screenshot of how it opens currently and how would open with  
this feature

why a setting ?
We can decide that the debugger always open like that.

+1 to default. Moreoever because you have a pre-debugger windows. So if you  
pressed "debug" it means that you really want to debug/code. So a bigger  
default size would be appreciated most cases.

Thanks Alain. Taking into account the average of method weith and heigh I  
see, for my case,

                (w - (w // 3)) @ (h - (h // 5)) ]


is much better!!!
