Pharo lacks support for changing hostWindowTitle and hostWindowSize.

I adapted Bert's code to provide this on Pharo (and next vm builds also  
supports it)

Would it be difficult to add these features?
- query the host window position within the screen
- change the host window position within the screen
(currently you can only change its size, but have no control on the  
position)
- make the host window non-resizable (fixed size; useful when deploying  
apps)

Should I create a new issue for this?
