it doesn't affects anything except from 1 pixel height added between panes..
and nothing functional.
So we decided to just nuke it
(Igor and Ben)

2 stages to remove this morph.
also make sure all windows are closed when deleting the class
(maybe should add the postscript in first changeset to forcibly close all  
open windows) or as prescript in second one..

ok, looks good.

But we should deprecate the class, then we don't need to care about closing  
windows now.
