New issue 5223 by marianopeck: New approach to tryNamedPrimitive:with: *

The idea is a new approach to handle the simulation of namedPrimitives from  
the debugger. This change let us remove all the tryNamedPrimitive:with: *  
methods from ProtoObject.

Note also that after the slice you have to evaluate:
ContextPart initialize.
