Displaying a MorphTreeMorph who has a header and some columns, when morph  
has a horizontal scrollbar, last row on list is covered by horizontal  
scroll bar and data can't be seen.
Screenshot shows the problem.

As far as I understand yes, because the fix for 1.4 should already be in.

this is what I said but I was wrong.
In 1.4, the last element is not hidden by the horizontal scrollbar but  
there is no "extra" vertical space (which is a little bit unconfortable).

So it is also for 1.4
