cmd-clicking on a selector should show all implementors of it
cmd-clicking on a instVar should show me all refs to it

- this is a first draft, there are quite some changes to the morphic / text  
/ editor event handling to make this work.
- someone with a bit more insights should have a look at it
- using the ST80 styler is an intermediate solution, this should definitely  
run on AST level
