browserRequest protocol

The methods in this category deal with performing navigation in a Browser,  
and only tangentially doing something with the response stream (in 2/3rds  
of the top-level API methods)

The work that needs to be done is:
- Moving this functionality into a separate class, part of a package  
loadable if one wants to run Pharo as a browser plugin. (This likely  
involves more work identifying other parts of the image belonging to such a  
package)
- Deprecating the protocol in StandardFileStream, as well as  
#requestURL:target: in FileStream/HTTPClient.

We don't support running as a browser plugin. So we can just remove them....
