I doesn't make sense to do that, and it is even more disturbing _______________________________________________ Pharo-bugtracker mailing list [hidden email] http://lists.gforge.inria.fr/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pharo-bugtracker |

Comment #2 on issue 5361 by marianopeck: Setting so that Nautilus NEVER swaps packages with classes http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=5361 Ben: you should not be closed mind ;) I am not tell you to put that as default, but just giving an option. Who determinates what is disturbing? As an example, here in Douai, Noury, Luc and I we all find the swapping disturbing and we would all like not to swap. And if you have been asked 7 times to do that...doesn't that tell you something? So...it is that bad to provide a setting for those who wants the swap? If not, at least tell me where I can change it in code and I create my own overrides. _______________________________________________ Pharo-bugtracker mailing list [hidden email] http://lists.gforge.inria.fr/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pharo-bugtracker |

Comment #3 on issue 5361 by [hidden email]: Setting so that Nautilus NEVER swaps packages with classes http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=5361 it's not a problem of disturbing. If you do not swap, it displays irrelevant information (a selected package and classes which do not belong to this package). I can provide a setting if you want, but for it's totally wrong (not just disturbing). And frankly, I do not think to be close minded ... _______________________________________________ Pharo-bugtracker mailing list [hidden email] http://lists.gforge.inria.fr/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pharo-bugtracker |

Comment #4 on issue 5361 by marianopeck: Setting so that Nautilus NEVER swaps packages with classes http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=5361 "And frankly, I do not think to be close minded ..." No, you are not closed minded at all. You are always open to receive and ask for feedback and I really appreciate that. I was ONLY talking about this issue. Regarding this issue, maybe you are right. Maybe you convinced me hehehehe. Let's forget about this issue and the future will say. We should continue improving Nautilus which is already amazinngly cool. _______________________________________________ Pharo-bugtracker mailing list [hidden email] http://lists.gforge.inria.fr/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pharo-bugtracker |

Comment #6 on issue 5361 by [hidden email]: Setting so that Nautilus NEVER swaps packages with classes http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=5361 classes not conatained in this package: you already show these for class extensions, no? _______________________________________________ Pharo-bugtracker mailing list [hidden email] http://lists.gforge.inria.fr/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pharo-bugtracker |
