... we really should

    - move all improvements that Polymoprh did into the improved packages
    - later split morphic into Morphic, Widgets (Polymorph) and Examples.

This is a small and trivial first of may steps (and I will stop after this  
until Gary
start merging his changes next week...).

this does move all the extensions of

SystemProgressBarMorph
PluggableCanvas
FormCanvas
AlphaBlendingCanvas
Canvas

into the class itself, as they are improvements of the base functionality,
