New issue 5488 by [hidden email]: New pass on RecentMessageList

- Fix the time sorting
- Fix the icon
- Introduce wrapper for method to retrieve information to display properly  
(SourceMethodConverter,  ByteCodeConverter etc) and also if the text should  
be shouted or not
- Use these wrappers for FlatMessageListBrowser too
- Use Announcements instead of events
- RecentMessageList still is a singleton, but another instance can be  
created if needed (for tests by example)
- Remove some unsent methods
- Fix few UI stuff (drop list width etc)

As preload script:
RecentMessageList stopNotification.

As postload script:
RecentMessageList resetUniqueInstance
