Issue 5547 in pharo: When selecting a selector cmd-B should be equal to Cmd-n

New issue 5547 by [hidden email]: When selecting a selector cmd-B
should be equal to Cmd-n
http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=5547

In previous version I made sure that cmd-B when failing is acting as cmd-m
since this is logical. Now in 1.4 it seems that this behavior was changed.
It would be good to have it back.

Similarly cmd-n on a class should do the same as cmd-N
because this is what we want and this is cool.
