and in 1.3
The default server class was changed to ZnManagingMultiThreadedServer which
is important for Seaside.
The unit tests now use random local ports, in a small range (1700 + 10
atRandom), to minimize conflicts with concurrently running test jobs.
A couple of minor changes are included as well (#logToStandardOutput,
#interface: to set up a server to listen on a specific interface)
