change the working directory in FileSystem disk workingDirectory to the  
real working directory and not simply the path relative to the image.

Use the code from OSProcess

Is this a show-stopper for 2.0? I'm guessing not since it must've been a  
bug in 1.4, too. Correct?

exactly. never worked in 1.4 nor 2.0 and never caused too much problems (we  
removed the test that exposed this problem :P)
