New version of the kumpel.jar is available from the Moose website under the  
Kumpel Tool section. Models which are loaded with the latest version can be  
updated to the current revision (HEAD) by right-clicking and  
selecting "Update to HEAD revision" from the menu. After the update this  
requires a restart of the moose panel to see the new versions.
