That. It does not work at all... and it's purpose is not clear.
Also... all around RPackage there is functionality in places that does not  
belong there.

See CompiledMethod>>#packageFromOrganizer: as an example... why that has to  
be solved there?

This is probably cyrille that tried to make the system working. and this is  
why the code was not ready to get pushed. So I'm checking some tests right  
now. And yes we should really go over RPackage integration.

Steph, check my slice :P! So then we can do another iteration.  In my slice  
#handleUnpackaged: is not there and #packageFromOrganizer: is a bit more  
explicit.  Unfortunately it still returns nil as the original method :).
