Currently, the editor allows us to set values to annotations, but we cannot  
add a new annotation.

Done. In the Moose-Finder you get a new tab with a pencil as an icon and  
there you can press on + to add a new annotation for the current entity  
type.

We will still have to enhance it to make it work with groups, but for now  
it works fine.
