I propose to remove Zodiac for now.

We need to have a non - failing build.

Someone has to fix the VM, that's all.

Camillo promised to have a look (or delegate ;-)

Maybe I could change the tests to be skipped when the plugin is missing ?

I will then be harder to be sure the tests actually ran, but it would be  
more robust.

The thing is that we need a solution *now*. We can not wait for weeks until  
someone fixes the SSL on Windows...

Windows build now fails with

  THERE_BE_DRAGONS_HERE
   ZdcPluginMissing: SSL/TLS plugin initailization failed (VM plugin  
missing ? OS libraries missing ?)
