[hidden email]: Update Zodiac to better deal with
missing native VM SSL plugin
http://code.google.com/p/pharo/issues/detail?id=6248I changed Zodiac and Zinc-Zodiac tests to be skipped when the native VM SSL
plugin seems to be missing or cannot be instanciated (this is for the tests
that actually depend on the plugin).
One single test, ZdcSecureSocketStreamTests>>#testIsNativeSSLPluginPresent
will keep failing as a reminder that there is a problem.
