Whenever a test package is affected by a slice the monkey barks on a merge  
conflict and subsequently fails to run the tests.

Example:

most probably due to loaded OSProcess or Soup which add something to the  
global Tests-* package?

the integrator does a #load instead of a #merge hence it barks for any  
changed package instead of real conflicts.
