The following file is linked from the Pharo homepage:

   http://gforge.inria.fr/frs/download.php/31258/Pharo-1.4-14557-OneClick.zip

But the "About Pharo" window in that image says it is:

   Pharo1.4
   Latest update: #14457

Issue: The version number in the image (#14457) and in the file's name  
(#14557) are not the same.
