This problem occurs from time to time, but often enough on the same site  
(paypal) to make it an issue.

Stacktrace shows a -5 (generic) error on the first decrypt primitive call.

We need access to the actual error code returned by the OS.

1. fails sometimes, not all the time
2. seems to occur only with paypal
3. this is a low-level error from the ssl libraries

Its thus very hard to debug while currently at least not that important IMO.
It shouldn't block being green.

Some time ago I disabled the test without removing it - in inbox:
