debugger

When you create a temporary variable in the debugger through the 'declare  
temp' window as opposed to explicitly specifying it, it doesn't appear in  
the source and the highlighting for stepping goes wrong.

Also affects 1.4 Summer although I'm sure it was fine in some of it's  
earlier builds

If you double click the method from the method list (unselecting and  
reselecting it in the call stack), everything gets updated... not sure what  
the problem is...

from compiled method instead of from user entered text
