If there are Errors during a CI Issue Tracker check the build still  
succeeds.

- provide a fix to make the CI build fail if the monkey fails
- provide a fix to make the monkey work again

=> We need that ready for the spring!

with the new monkey this seems to be fixed, failing more often than  
necessary, but failing – so: goal reached
