defaultGZipHandler

We can remove remove ExternalDropHandler>>#defaultImageHandler and  
defaultGZipHandler. They are called from the class initialize method but  
they are obsolete and not really used (resetRegisteredHandlers was called  
several times).

Later the external drop handling needs some deeper redesing.

Why are they obsolete?
I looked at the code and I could not get why.

They are not active and Morphic handles external dropping differently.
