When invoking the Colour Selector from the a halo handle, some halo handles  
are drawn on top of the resulting Colour Selector window.

Pharo image: one click
Pharo core version: 20422
Virtual machine used: CogVM 4.0.0


Steps to reproduce:
1. Bring up halo using right click (3-button, mouse config)
2. Choose Colour Selector
3. Observe that the colour selector and resize handles from the initial  
halo are drawn on top of the newly created Colour Selector.
