With annotation in Smalltalk you mean pragmas? If yes, wouldn't be better  
to add FAMIXPragmas* classes in FAMIX-Smalltalk that inherit from the  
FAMIXAnnotation* classes?
(I agree to move FAMIXAnnotation* classes in FAMIX-Core)

No. The core of Famix is language independent. So, by definition, there  
will be some generalization in terms. Furthermore, FAMIXAnnotation is a  
perfectly understandable term in Smalltalk.
