The

   setsockopt: No buffer space available

comes from ZnNetworkingUtils class>>#setServerSocketOptions: but it has  
been like that forever. Maybe the code could be removed, but I don't think  
it causes trouble

In the beginning of the week I was building images starting from #20438 and  
I saw something similar, related to Delays and clock/timing, crashing, but  
it went away the second time I ran the build...

yes, but look below.. there is a memory overflow.
but crash with delays seems like something else.

Same problem as with Opal build: .sources download failed and image hang  
due to that.
I now download the sources.

Linux build ran now, Mac us running, win is red due to other reason

So we can close this issue
