Issue 7221 in pharo: update failing due to missing NativeBoost packages

New issue 7221 by [hidden email]: update failing due to missing  
NativeBoost packages

the following packages are referred in many updates (20431 and up) and  
missing, thus breaking older updates:

NativeBoost-Core-IgorStasenko.90.mcz
NativeBoost-Mac-IgorStasenko.8.mcz
NativeBoost-Pools-IgorStasenko.12.mcz
NativeBoost-Tests-IgorStasenko.38.mcz
NativeBoost-Unix-IgorStasenko.12.mcz
NativeBoost-Win32-IgorStasenko.30.mcz

for the sake of having a complete and cleaned up system we should add them  
and copy them over from the nativeboost repository:
