Issue 7271 in pharo: Windows Slave does not launch jenkins slave service

New issue 7271 by [hidden email]: Windows Slave does not launch  
jenkins slave service

It closes the connection, I have no clue what's the problem.
For now I manually reconnected the slave via JNLP, which is not the  
solution, since as soon as the slave restarts, it will deconnect.

The service usually starts automatically at slave startup.

I updated the slave and the jenkins config to let Jenkins master drive the  
win 7 slave as a windows service.
It will be more reliable than JNLP.
