1. select a statement
2. from the context menu, choose the extract method refactoring
3. fill out the dialog
4. In the changes browser, select the old method (from which the new was  
being extracted)

The diff text and coloring is incorrect.

This bug was introduced in #20482... still investigating...

Actually it was not introduced in #20482. What tripped me up is that it  
only appears under certain circumstances. I think the problem is that the  
refactoring does a format on the code and the whitespace change throws off  
the diff... It goes back at least to 20340... still checking...
