Just a passing thought that when filing-in an .st file, it would be nice to  
be able to specify an *extention protocol to put new/changed methods into.  
Then if the file-in adds methods to a scattering of system classes, it is  
easier to create a Monticello package to go with a ConfigurationOfXXX.

or perhaps better - be able to automatically move each method in a  
changeset into a specified *extension protocol.
