With our failing tests being serialized with Fuel, it would be nice to have  
a DragAndDrop handler to easily load these files back in.

And this should be as easy as materialize the file ;)
Because  now the open of the debugger is serialized as a  
postMaterializationAction, right? :)

yes :) I'm working on it right now, as usual: a bigger mess than expected
