Ctrl-A works for Select-All.  However I notice that Ctrl-Home also does a  
Select-All when I would expect it to go to the start of the text.  That  
should not hold up 2.0 but would be good if it can be looked at later.

Thanks Sean.  Perhaps for each platform there can be some tests for these...
