New issue 7647 by [hidden email]: Create staged publishing of the  
zeroconf scripts

Currently the zeroconf scripts are uploaded without testing, the feedback  
only happens once a job uses the new bash scripts. Add a separate job that  
handles the zerconf files:
- checkout from git repository
- run each script with --help
- run each script fully
- for each VM script run the vm with the image and some basic CLI  
functionality
- ditto for image scripts
