I'm having a look at the ConfigurationOfPierVoyage in Metaceller. When I  
look at this configuration, I do not see all the
transitive dependencies. For example, I see that PierVoyage depends on
Pier3, but not that Pier3 depends on Magritte3.

I added the calculation of children to project as well. I think this issue  
is now resolved, please review.
