accordingly.

Attached is the new version of the scripts.

I also added scripts for downloading a moose suite (4.3 to 4.8) and the  
current image.

Right now as a new distribution is releases only a global archive with the  
entire project (image+vm) is made available. It would be nice to also have  
just the image somewhere, else the scripts won't be backwards compatible.
