Issue to build gnu-smalltalk-2.3.6

Hello,

when I try to build gnu-smalltalk-2.3.6 on the buildserver, I will get
the following
error message:

cpio: snprintfv/snprintfv/printf.in: Cannot stat: No such file or directory
cpio: snprintfv/snprintfv/stream.in: Cannot stat: No such file or directory

Hmm, some string falling through the cracks.  I need to find a way to
add this check in `make distcheck'.
