JQuery version for bootstrap

sergio_101
I just started getting this error:

15:28:02.051 bootstrap.min.js:6 Uncaught Error: Bootstrap's JavaScript
requires jQuery version 1.9.1 or higher, but lower than version 3
at bootstrap.min.js:6
at bootstrap.min.js:6

When I run my seaside application. This error actually pauses the
debugger, and I have to manually resume.

My loaded version of jquery is:

$().jquery;
15:29:29.851 “3.3.1"

These are the libraries I am loading up:

JQDeploymentLibrary [self]
JQUiDeploymentLibrary [self]
TBSDeploymentLibrary [self]

Do I need to include a different set of libraries?

Thanks!
