Jenkins build became unstable: moose-latest-dev-4.8 #1127

Thanks for enhancing the Rubric integration in Glamour :).

There was a little problem with the commit as you based it on an older version, but I fixed it now by merging your code with the latest one. Ideally, double check to see if there are no newer versions before committing.
