Jenkins down

I updated Jenkins to 1.475 in hopes of nailing the trigger problem and it is currently down. Please give it a while to restart and let me know if there are any problems when it does (we can roll back if necessary)...

Thanks to Christophe, it's up and running again... and (fingers crossed) it looks like the triggers may be working finally!
