UBS, one of the leading banking institutions worldwide has an immediate
job opening for a developer with VisualWork & GemStone experience.
The application we want to extend is a business-critical application
deployed globally and requiring high availability. You will work with a
team of highly experienced software developers in a purely object-oriented
environment using Smalltalk (VisualWorks) and Gemstone technologies.
You will use your software engineering experience and excellent OO skills
to drive the application forward and deliver interesting investment
banking products around the globe.
Must Have criteria:
Excellent OO skills
Longtime Smalltalk programming experience
GemStone DB experience (ideally both, as a DBA & developer)
