There are two more Platform-Xxx packages there. This is really not part
of the kernel of Amber - for example Kernel-ImportExport takes care of
how to save / load packages from files. Others are position at the
similar boundary - not critical to system run once it is set up, but
they help the Amber platform itself work (not the kernel itself).
